Custom Fabrication

Quality • Service • Integrity

Since 1979, Ryan Industries has been providing a wide range of custom fabrication services. We are best described as a ‘job shop’. In other words, we have the ability to handle a wide range of projects in a variety of materials. Anything from repairs, to specialized carts, to custom forming, and smaller structural projects. Mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum, we work in all materials.
  • Prototypical
  • Production Runs (long or short)
  • Precision Shearing and Forming
  • Repairs and Welding
  • Custom Fabrication
If you need quick repairs, depending on the job, we can often do them the same day, or sometimes even while you wait. We know having equipment down costs you money and will try to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

We also have over 45 years experience in the fabrication of molds for rotational plastics. Page down, to see some examples of what we’eve built.

Quality is a priority at Ryan Industries. We don't let anything go out the door that does not meet our high standards.

Precision shearing and forming is a specialty. Our high-precision, 300-ton, 14-foot long, Amido Promenade press break is extremely accurate, even on heavier materials.

A certified welder is on staff for those jobs that require it, such as structural embedments, posts, or frames.

We have in excess of 7,000 square feet of dedicated manufacturing space, and the equipment to do the job; including shears, saws, punches, drills, press breaks, rolls, and both big and big welding. Go to the Capabilities and Equipment page to see a more complete list of our equipment.

Rotational Molds
John Ryan, owner of Ryan Industries, has been fabricating molds for the rotational plastics industry for over 45 years, and knows how to build them right. Large and small; steel, stainless steel and aluminum, we have built all kinds; including tanks, tubs, planters, drums, outhouses and even boats. We can also repair or modify existing molds. Here are a few examples.
